When you submit the contact form, we collect: first name, last name, email address, organization (optional), inquiry type, and your message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is stored securely on our server. We do not share this data with third parties.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter or by contacting us directly. We do not use third-party mailing services without disclosing this to you at the point of sign-up.
Our web server automatically logs access requests including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. These logs are retained for a maximum of 14 days for security monitoring purposes and are not used for tracking or profiling.
Processing of contact form data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Newsletter subscriptions are based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years to maintain a record of communications, after which they are deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
